Infatu – Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (17+)

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 17 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you are 17 or older and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) The Services

Infatu revolutionizes your social media experience by turning your thoughts into vivid, shareable images. You can input a sentence (and, if available, optionally upload an image) and the Services generate visuals you can save and share.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3) Account registration and security

• Accuracy: provide accurate and complete information (such as name, username, and email).
• Security: keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Responsibility: you are responsible for activities under your account.

4) User Content and license

“User Content” includes text prompts, images/photos you upload, and other content you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content.

“Outputs” are results generated by the Services based on your User Content. You may use Outputs for personal and lawful purposes, including sharing on social media. You are responsible for how you use and share Outputs.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of law.
• Infringe or violate others’ rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
• Upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security, or abuse access controls.
• Disrupt the Services, introduce malware, or run automated abuse.
• Generate or distribute deceptive, defamatory, or misleading content.

We may limit functionality or suspend/terminate accounts for violations or suspected abuse.

7) Third-party services and sharing

The Services may allow you to share content to third-party platforms using your device’s sharing features. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Infatu Team is not responsible for them.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infatu Team disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Outputs will be accurate, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infatu Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

16) Dispute resolution; binding arbitration

Please read carefully. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims for injunctive/equitable relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator, final and binding. Procedures, location, language, and fees will follow the rules of an arbitration provider selected by Infatu Team unless otherwise required by applicable law. Where mandatory arbitration is not permitted by law for certain claims, this section does not apply to those claims.
