This page explains how Infatu Team collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Infatu app and related services. The Services are intended for people aged 17+.

1) Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the Infatu mobile application and related services (the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for individuals aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account: name, username, email address.
  • Support: customer support content you submit (messages and attachments you choose).
  • User-submitted generation content: text prompts and (if you choose) photos/images.
  • Automatic collection: device information, usage statistics, crash logs and diagnostics.
  • Location (optional): precise or approximate location when you grant permission.
  • Cookies / similar tech: for login/session and preferences (may include web beacons in web-based components).

3) AI-enabled features and content processing

Infatu helps turn your thoughts into vivid, shareable images. To do this, the Services may process content you provide (such as text prompts and optional uploaded images) to generate outputs.

  • Processing location: prompts and uploaded images used for generation are processed on Infatu Team’s own servers.
  • No third-party AI processing: we do not share your prompts, uploaded images, or generated outputs with third parties for AI processing.
  • Your control: you decide whether to upload content for generation.
  • Deletion: after processing is completed, we delete the submitted generation content from our servers as soon as reasonably possible.
  • No training/marketing: we do not retain submitted generation content for training, marketing, or profiling.
  • No face recognition: we do not perform face recognition or biometric identification/profiling.

4) How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the Services (accounts, login, generation and delivery of outputs).
  • Personalize experience (saving preferences).
  • Improve the Services (debugging, analytics, performance).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our terms.
  • Support and user communications.
  • Legal compliance and protection of rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) How we share information

We share information only as described below and only to the minimum extent necessary:

  • With your consent (e.g., when you share content using your device’s sharing features).
  • With service providers (processors) who help operate the Services (hosting, security, support tooling, crash diagnostics) under contractual safeguards.
  • For legal reasons and to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
  • Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition) with appropriate protections.

Note: prompts and uploaded images used for AI generation are not shared with third parties for AI processing.

6) International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

7) Security

  • Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
  • Access control and least-privilege practices.
  • Regular reviews and audits.
  • Backups and resilience practices.

No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Data retention

  • Account information: retained for the life of your account.
  • Account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
  • Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
  • Support communications: retained up to 6 months.
  • Generation content (prompts/images): deleted from our servers as soon as reasonably possible after processing.

9) Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent.

10) Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 17, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and update the Effective Date above if changes are material.
